ChartMaster — Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Educational purpose — not financial advice

ChartMaster is an educational game about technical-analysis concepts. It uses simulated charts and a simulated balance. It is not investment, financial, or trading advice, makes no promise of profit, and does not predict real markets. Real trading involves risk, including the possible loss of your capital. You are solely responsible for any real-world financial decision; consult a licensed professional.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law or your app-store agreement.

3. Leaderboard conduct

If you join the leaderboard, you must not submit offensive, infringing, or misleading display names, or attempt to cheat or manipulate rankings. We may remove names or records, or block participation, at our discretion.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are sold and processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their terms. Refunds are handled by the respective store.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial loss arising from your use of the app or any decision based on it.

6. Changes & termination

We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
